Will it work with my glasses?
Please confirm your exact model with us before ordering. A matching USB-C shape does not establish compatibility. Magnetic connectors must match the model, contacts and polarity.
How many times can it charge my glasses?
Hearview Lite: at least 6 full charges. The neckband provides at least 4 charges for other compatible glasses.
Can I use my glasses while charging?
Yes. You can keep using your glasses while they charge with the neckband.
How do I recharge the neckband?
Use its USB-C input with a suitable 5V USB power source, following the supplied manual. The stated maximum input is 5V / 2A.
Is a carrying case included?
Only the “Neckband + Cable + Case” package includes the carrying case. Both packages include the neckband, one selected cable, a manual and the packaging box.
Are glasses included?
No. This is a power accessory. Glasses are sold separately.
